Stunning location, nice staff, separate bedrooms. Nice welcome from owner. New-fashioned room, comfortable bed, complimentary Wi-Fi and excellent internet. Setting close to the ferry to the Saintes, botanical garden and the waterfalls and botanical garden. Btw, located in mountains.

The location was stunning and awesome, very close to PTP airport. It was just off the ferry to the Saintes, botanical garden, and the island. The staff was very amiable and helped with everything.

The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our group of three. The modern, clean room had excellent internet and a comfortable bed. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location near the forest offered beautiful green surroundings and the small, clean swimming pool was a bonus. The two balconies provided stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. a mind-blowing experience!

The location is perfect, close to the waterfalls, botanical garden, the island, and the forest. The staff are amiable, and I'm very grateful to them. The rooms are new-fashioned and fine, and there were comfortable beds. I really enjoyed this place and can just recommend it.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even inviting us for a cocktail upon arrival and providing us with great insight into the local area. The apartment had a spacious balcony with stunning views of the tropical landscape and the sea. the apartment was tastefully decorated, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and the surrounding green surroundings added to the peaceful ambiance.
It is essential to have a car as there are no shops or bakeries in walking distance. , the water in the shower wasn't very hot, although it wasn't a major issue for us.

We stayed at Gites La Troisieme Chute for a week during our vacation in Guadeloupe. The host, Patrice, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with a drink and a chat, and even provided fresh fruit during our stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and we loved waking up to the green surroundings near the forest. The small swimming pool was clean, and we enjoyed having two balconies with different views - one of the mountains and the other of the sea.
We do recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money, with a modern and clean room, excellent internet, and two balconies with stunning views of the mountains and sea. The staff at Gites La Troisieme Chute were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a warm welcome, local recommendations, and even inviting us for a refreshing cocktail upon arrival.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the water in the shower was a bit hotter. But overall, it didn't pose a problem for us during our stay.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and had excellent internet. The location was lovely, surrounded by greenery and close to the forest. The staff treated us like VIPs, with the owner even recommending fantastic restaurants in the area. We were even pleasantly surprised to find two balconies, one with a stunning mountain view and the other with a breathtaking sea view.
Breakfast choices could be better, maybe more variety in the menu.
